Hot-water double flame low-emission boiler VSHK-D is designed for production of warm or hot water with nominal working overpressure up to 2,5MPa and temperature up to 160 °C. It is designed for combustion of natural gas by low-emission burners. It is an ideal solution for industrial use as a stand-alone source or heat centre. Allows flexible and fully automatic operation. Robust construction, simple installation and long reliability with 5-year warranty. All this supported by the largest 24-hour service background in the Czech Republic.
High efficiency and low NOx emissions, together with other operating characteristics, make VSHK-D boilers one of the top products. They can be equipped with the device for operation without continuous operators.

Technical description:

The double flame fire-tube boiler VSHK-D is large-volume, with natural circulation and overpressure combustion. It is designed as three-draught. The boiler body consists of two combustion chambers and perimeter cladding welded to the front and rear walls. The reversing chamber is fitted on the rear wall which ensures the turnover of flue gases, which pass into the second draught and return with the fire tubes back to the front wall where it rotates into the third draught formed by the fire tubes. The front opening lid and the rear manhole in the reversing chamber provide easy access to the heating surfaces, their cleaning and inspection.
The boiler is equipped with insulation and all legal equipment. The boiler is plated with aluminium sheet.
