Steam fire-tube boiler - VSPK

Use:

The low-emission steam boiler VSPK is designed for the production of steam with nominal working overpressure of steam up to 1.6 MPa with the possibility of fitting the steam superheater up to the temperature of superheated steam 240 ° C. VSPK boilers with their dimensions replace the well-proven ČKD BK boilers and therefore do not require demanding installation. The robust construction, high efficiency, simple installation, long operating life and low NOx emissions together with other operating characteristics make the VSPK boilers one of the top products. The boilers can be equipped with the device for operation without continuous operators.

Technical description:

The VSPK fire-tube boiler is large-volume, with natural circulation and pressurized combustion. It is designed as three-draught. The boiler body consists of two steel cylinders welded to the front and rear walls. The combustion chamber is cylindrical, water-cooled. On the rear wall, the flue gas is reversed, which passes into the second draught and returns to the front wall by means of the heat tubes, where it is turned into a third draught formed by the heat tubes. If the steam superheater is used, the superheater is mounted in the boiler's reversing chamber. The front opening lid and the rear manhole provide easy access to the heating surfaces, their cleaning and inspection.
The boiler is equipped with insulation and all legal equipment. The boiler is plated with aluminium sheet.
